just how i pictured him.
very attractive, but still masculine, impressively dressed.. The Vampire Lestat ;]
wasn't too impressed with the actor they had in Queen of the Damned.
still to read Lestats book, i've been told it's better than Interview though..

I wasn't sure what I thought of the guy they got to play him in the Queen of the Damned movie, but I absolutely HATED the movie because I'm one of those people who had read every single book long before and think they totally wrecked the whole concept of Anne Rices vampires -___-;
I definetly sudjest reading the Vampire Lestat... infact, they are all excellent up till after memnoch the devil... the vampire armand I LOVE (cuz I'm a big yaoi/slash/shonen-ai freak) and pandora's not bad, but merrick had to be the worst peice of drivel I've ever read. Blood and gold wasn't tooooooooo bad....
*could babble all day about the V/C but decides she better not*
*laughs* thanks for commenting ^_^ I'm glad you like it

I'm glad you like my version of lestat, and I do agree that lestat's book was excellent, my second favorite in the entire V/C collection. ^_^ Don't much care for the Mayfair / Vampire crossovers though... -_-;;; ickys...
Anyway! Thanks so much for commenting. I'm glad you liked it ^_^ hehehe

i heard blood and gold was crap, but i still plan on reading them all.
probably get them from the library.
though i seen a copy of Lestat for £6, which is good.
reading william gibsons books just now. bit of a contrast, but oh well.
Armand was good in the movie, but i barely remember what he was like in the book.
not much of a yaoi/etc fan, but i'd still like to read his book.
on this image again though, i keep thinking that candle is gonna set him on fire.

mmm, never read any william gibson myself, I don't read much in the way of published litterature... more of a on-line litterature person myself ^_^;;;
Armand from the movies and Armand from the books are COMLEATLY diffrent things... for one... Armand is supposed to be a 16-18 year old boy with rich curly aburn hair just past shoulder length with a face like one of boticelli (sp?)'s cherubs... not... a 30+ straight, waistlegth black haired chisled faced man. ^_^;;; but Antonio did a wonderful job in that movie... *nods* I'll definetly give him that hehehe.
And as for setting him on fire? *snickers* he only wears 100% flame retardent clothes ever since he met Louis *nod nod* -__-
^_~ *snickers and runs off*
